LIFE SKILL MELA

"Education can give you a skill, but liberal education can give you dignity "
LOn the 9th of February 2024, the "Life skill Mela" was organized in our school campus. The Mela was inaugurated at 9:30 am by Rev. Bro. Stephen Xavier our Principal & Correspondent along with Rev. Bro. Pakiayanathan our Vice Principal & Bursar. The students of std VI toVIII took part in order to display the skills they had learnt through the year in their Lifeskill classes.
The Mela was a celebration of cooking, Mehandi designing and Embroidery designing. The students were excited to exhibit their skills and prepared Morning breakfast, snacks, lunch and also Tea and Evening snacks. The delicious and tasty food items were sold out like hot cakes.
The Mehandhi designers designed beautiful and artistic designs showcasing their creativity and beautified their friends hands according to their choice and prices were fixed. The Embroidery designers stitched fancily designed Purses and Handkerchiefs which were painted and Embroidered for sale.
The Life skill Mela was grand success, the children were happy to exhibit their talents which was much gratifying and complimented by everyone who visited the Mela. Congratulations to all the students who participated and much appreciation to all the teachers who trained and supported them.
