On 6th Aug a group of students participated in the Franco Fiesta 2024 Cultural Competitions held at Loyola College, Chennai.

Keerthika Kalaiarasan of Class 5 D diagnosed as ASD who is not discouraged by her disability in anyway whatsoever. At the age of 6, she joined swimming coach and is training with the help of efficient trainers, which was tough for her at first and now glued as ever. Now at the age of 12 she represented the world record championship event where she has achieved a ground breaking world record by completing a sea swimming expedition covering 165 kilometers along with other 14 special children’s from Cuddalore to Chennai.

This four-day relay-style swimming event sets an awareness and social perception about autism. She by herself has covered around 10 Kilometer relay-style in open sea water on this expedition. In addition, she obtains added awards like Asia Book of Records and Indian Book of Records
