Rules & Regulations for Parents
No teacher can substitute the ‘Parents’. No school can be an alternative for the ‘Home’. Parents play a vital role in the education of a child. The school and the teachers are only an extension of the educational process which the parents have already begun at home. Hence, we look forward to maximum co-operation and understanding between parents and school authorities to enable us to bring out the best in every child entrusted to us.
Parents are specially requested to go through all the rules and guidelines carefully and co-operate with the school in maintaining punctuality, regularity, discipline and courteous behaviour.
Any parent desiring to meet the student during working hours shall kindly report to the Principal and will not go to the class directly. Periodic enquiries by parents / guardians regarding the progress and conduct of their wards are encouraged only between 3.10 – 4.00 p.m.
We earnestly request parents / guardians to ensure that the lessons and homework assignments for the next day are done by checking with the homework book.
Parents are expected to look into the overall performance of the child rather than limiting their concern to the marks received at the Examination. Parents are requested not to entertain any character assassination of the teachers in the presence of their children. If they have any complaints, they may kindly bring it to the notice of the Principal.
Parents are requested to go through the pages of their son’s / daughter’s Hand book periodically. It is a means of communication between the parents and the school authorities.
Parents are advised to avoid the habit of bringing lunch and feeding the children during the lunch – hour. Learning to eat by oneself is also an important part of education. Hence parents are not allowed to enter the campus during the lunch break.
Once your child is inside the gate, you are requested to leave and make way for others.
