Montfort Matriculation Higher Secondary School, St. Thomas Mount,
inaugurated its Silver Jubilee Year, celebrating 25 years of dedicated service in
education since its establishment in 2002.
The celebration commenced with a Welcome and Guard of Honour for the dignitaries,
followed by the hoisting of the Jubilee Flag, National Flag, and School Flag by the
distinguished guests.
A special highlight was the unfurling of 25 commemorative flags by the Reverend
Brothers, symbolizing the institution's twenty-five glorious years of growth,
achievement, and service.
The Holy Eucharistic Celebration was presided over by His Excellency Rt. Rev. Dr.
Amalraj Arulappan, Bishop of Ooty, along with the concelebrating priests.
The Lighting of the Jubilee Lamp marked a significant moment of thanksgiving, with
clergy and Montfort Brothers joining in prayer and celebration. Rev. Bro. Stephen Xavier
A., Principal and Correspondent, welcomed the gathering and highlighted the significance
of the Silver Jubilee celebrations and the school's journey. In his homily, Bishop
Amalraj Arulappan reflected on God's abundant blessings over the past 25 years and
encouraged the school community to continue its mission of faith-based holistic
